At lifeasy.shop, we want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The product was purchased in the last 5 days.
The product is in its original packaging.
The product isn’t used or damaged.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Timeframe
You have 5 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24-48 hours.
Crucial: We require an unboxing video as proof to process claims for damaged or missing items. This helps us ensure a fair resolution with our courier partners.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
Personal care items (beauty products, innerwear).
Perishable goods.
Items on Clearance/Final Sale.
Customized or personalized orders.
5. Exchange Options
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We offer direct exchanges only for defective or damaged products.
6. Refund Process and Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit.
Refund Processing Time: It usually takes 5 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will ask for your bank details or UPI ID to transfer the refund.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Defective/Wrong Product: If the fault is ours, we will bear the return shipping costs.
Customer Preference: If you want to return the product because you changed your mind, a nominal return shipping fee of ₹ 99 will be deducted from your refund, or the customer will have to ship the product back to our warehouse.
