4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Receiving an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraud.

If your order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 4-5 days depending on your location.

Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Any claims for damaged products must be accompanied by an unboxing video and reported within 24 Hrs of delivery.
